The book is very didactic and conceptually clear. It walks you through the process of growing your own Bonsai in an orderly fashion and provides different options to the growing process. The only missing element in the book is an appendix of the tools used to grow the Bonsai. Otherwise it certainly is a wonderful book.
I am new to this wonderful hobby. This book was easy to read, easy to understand. I was looking for a short book, and this one with only 40 or so pages it was perfect for me.I couldn't ask for a better first book on Bonsai

A really poor book. Very little useful information. I threw it out.
A really good introductory book for Bonsai art. I really enjoyed the reading and now I'm ready for a more advanced info, and to start my first bonsai tree.
